- Kefir 1 cup

Pour semolina, cornmeal and sugar into a deep bowl. Mix.
Pour in kefir. Add salt and baking soda. Mix.
Peel the pear. Halve and seed core. Make longitudinal incisions.
Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 23-24 cm. Put the pears.
Bake at 180 degrees, 50 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar and leave it to cool in shape.
