- Chicken (skinless) 500 g

Step 1: prepare the vegetables.
Of course, vegetables should be peeled, washed and cut into medium sized pieces so that they do not fall apart during baking, but retain their shape.
Put the vegetables on a baking tray, salt, pepper, mix.
Step 2: prepare the chicken.
Mix the paprika with soy sauce, then grate the chicken parts and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Of course, it is better to do this in advance, however, if there is no time, let them lie down for about 15 minutes, and you can start cooking.
Put marinated chicken on top of vegetables.
Step 3: bake chicken with vegetables and beets in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and send it a form with vegetables and chicken on 30 minutes or until ready.
When the vegetables and chicken are ready, sprinkle on top slices of hot pepper and fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Serve the chicken with vegetables with sour cream or with natural yogurt sauce (add grated cucumbers, garlic and herbs to it for taste).
