Ingredients

On canapes and balls (Yojiki):

On the canapes:

  5. Bread to taste

On a roll:

  1. Gelatin 10 gr.
  2. Water 50 ml.
  3. Beets 200 gr.
  4. Potato 100 gr.
  5. Chicken egg 2 pcs.
  6. Herring 1 pc.
  7. Fresh herbs to taste

Cooking:

We prepare the necessary products for the preparation of three unique herring snacks. Soak 10 gr. gelatin 50 ml. cold boiled water and mix. Similarly, we prepare gelatin for the second type of snack and set aside for swelling. Shred on a coarse grater into a plate with a deep bottom of 200 g. beets and 200 grams of jacket boiled potatoes. For all types of snacks, cut fresh herbs to taste and finely chop it. Dice 100 gr. add herring fillet to a plate of grated vegetables. For aroma and taste, add chopped greens to taste in a common plate and mix well all the ingredients. Mix a little gelatin with 100 gr. mayonnaise, add it in a thin stream and mix thoroughly and pour into a large bowl. In parts, spread the herring-vegetable mixture in the bowl and mix thoroughly. The first appetizer will be in the form of a canapé and for its preparation, we grease the ice form with vegetable oil, tightly fill it with a herring-vegetable mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator. For the second type of snack, we form balls from the remaining herring and vegetable mixture and lay them out in the greens and put them on a plate. After cooking, you can store the finished snack in the refrigerator for 24 hours. We are preparing the third type of snack and rubbing 200 g on a fine grater. beets and 100 gr. potatoes. Carefully mix 80 gr. mayonnaise with preheated gelatin and pour half of the prepared gelatin mass into a large bowl. We spread the vegetable mixture in a bowl, add black pepper to taste and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. We cut two boiled chicken eggs with an average cube, put them in a second bowl and, pouring the remaining gelatin mixture, mix well. We spread the vegetable mixture on a regular cellophane bag cut in half and distribute it to form a neat rectangle 0.5 cm thick. We lay the egg on top of the vegetable layer and sprinkle it evenly with greens. We spread on top of the greens on one edge cut into strips and 1 cm thick. One herring fillet. Wrap it tightly in cellophane and form a roll, which we straighten and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. We get the form with herring-vegetable mixture from the refrigerator and for a couple of seconds we lower it into a plate with hot water, then cut the edges of the form with a knife and put the cooked portion filling on the table for canapes. Using the prepared filling, to taste bread, lemon, olives, fresh cucumber, onions, form the canapes and put on a plate. Having taken out of the fridge, we cut the roll into two centimeter thick slices and put it on a plate.
