Strawberry Sponge Cake Ingredients

Step 1: heat the butter with margarine.
Put the butter and baking margarine in the pan and put everything on a slow fire to gradually heat and melt the mass.
Pour in milk and add vanilla sugar. Stir everything together, heating until the margarine and butter melt and mix with milk.
Set aside to cool to the side.
Step 2: prepare the dough.
Beat eggs with powdered sugar until a thick foam.
Slowly pour the melted butter and margarine into the egg mixture. Pour in a thin stream, stirring all the time.
Mix the baking powder with flour, and then add the loose ingredients to the liquid and stir everything until a homogeneous consistency.
The dough for this recipe is quite liquid.
Step 3: bake a sponge cake with strawberries.
Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, pour the dough on it and flatten the top with a spoon.
Rinse the strawberries, dry, cut the berries into halves and roll them lightly in flour, and then lay on top of the dough.
Bake for 45 minutes. After the cake you need to decorate with icing sugar and put to cool at room temperature.
Step 4: serve the strawberry sponge cake.
Cut the finished strawberry pie into small rectangles - cakes. And serve with a hot drink. Homemade cakes, especially cakes with berries, are incredibly delicious!
