Chicken in sweet and spicy marinade


  1. Chicken drumsticks 6 pcs.
  2. Carrots 2 pcs.
  3. Red onion 1 pc.
  4. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  5. Olive oil with chili 2 tbsp
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. Coriander 1 tsp
  8. Provencal herbs 1 tsp
  9. Green onion 1 beam.
  10. Salt to taste

Step 1: pickle the chicken.

Rinse chicken, dry, put on a plate, add soy sauce, chili oil, chopped garlic, coriander, Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and mix. Cover with cling film and refrigerate 2 hours.
Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Crush the onion in half rings.

Step 2: bake the chicken in a sweet-spicy marinade.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put the chicken with marinade, onions and carrots in it, mix well and send to the preheated 180 degrees oven on 40-45 minutes.
Before serving, chop green onions, sprinkle them with finished chicken and put the dish on the table.
