Chicken fillet with pineapple in a cheese coat


Pickle the onion

Cooking Chicken Fillet

  1. chicken fillet 1 kg
  2. canned pineapple 200 g
  3. pickled onions to taste
  4. salt to taste
  5. chicken spices to taste
  6. hard cheese 200 g
  7. cooking oil

Step 1.

I started cooking the dish by pickling onions. I cut the middle onion in half rings, salted, pepper, added sugar, vinegar and water. Everything was mixed well and set aside while preparing the chicken.

Step 2

The chicken fillet was washed under running water and cut into portions. Slightly repulsed. Salted and sprinkled with spices to taste. Fried in high heat over a hot frying pan until golden brown (so the meat remains juicy inside).

Step 3

Put marinated onions on the finished chicken meat, then canned pineapple and sprinkled everything with hard cheese. It was baked in a preheated oven (200 °) until the cheese was melted for about five minutes.
