Zucchini roll with cheese

Ingredients for making zucchini roll with cheese

  1. Zucchini 500 grams

Cooking:

Step 1: Three Zucchini

Zucchini, or you can use zucchini, here are young, with soft skin. So they just need to be washed and grated without peeling.

Add a little salt to the grated zucchini, mix and leave on 20 minutesso that the vegetables give off juice. After that, this juice needs to be poured, and squeeze the squash slightly.

Step 2: mix the zucchini with cheese.


Beat the eggs separately and then pour them into the zucchini. Grate hard cheese here and add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything very well until smooth.

Step 3: bake the dough from zucchini.


Cover the baking sheet with parchment and pour the dough from cheese and grated zucchini onto it.
Cook in a preheated oven (180-190 degrees) until the mass grasps.
Then remove the squash dough from the parchment, carefully so as not to tear, and cool to room temperature.

Step 4: roll the zucchini roll with cheese.


Lubricate the cooled zucchini base with cream cheese. Optionally, add fresh herbs. And carefully roll everything into a roll. Cover with cling film and send to the fridge so that the roll takes the desired shape and is easy to cut.

Step 5: serve the zucchini roll with cheese.


Cut the finished zucchini roll into pieces and serve it as a snack. If the dish is being prepared on the festive table, decorate the roll with fresh dill or parsley on top, and in a dish with it, spread the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
