Cooking pork curry with vegetables:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Peel and rinse all vegetables.
Carrots need to be cut into longitudinal strips to make a vegetable straw.
The same straws need to be cut and pepper.
Why is green here? In my opinion, its rich aroma and color are more suitable for this dish.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
First cut the meat into thin slices, and then dividing the slices lengthwise, turn them into stripes.
Step 2: fry the pork.
Fry pork in a small amount of hot oil.
Cook the meat over high heat until it changes color from bright pink to pale brown. And do not forget to mix in the process.
Step 3: add the vegetables.
Add vegetables to the meat and leave everything to be fried for another 10 minuteswithout removing the pan from the fire.
Add to the vegetables with pork curry, chili pepper and salt to taste (you can without salt).
Add soy sauce as well.
Mix the contents of the spice pan well.
Step 4: Stew the pork curry with vegetables.
Pour in clean water now.
Close the pork curry skillet with a lid and let everything stew over medium heat until the meat and potatoes are ready (both should be soft). The water will evaporate, so that only a small amount of sauce remains at the bottom.
Step 5: serve the pork curry with vegetables.
Serve pork curry with vegetables immediately after cooking, while it is still hot and exudes a lot of wonderful flavors.
As a side dish, you can offer boiled rice or just take a slice of white bread or crispy toast. Tasty will be incredible! Cook and eat for health.
Enjoy your meal!
- It tastes best if you fry pork with vegetables in a special wok.
