Potato Scale Fish Ingredients
- Fish fillet (any) 500 grams
- Potato 6 pieces

Preheat the pan and lay on it a fish fillet with potato scales. Fry over medium heat until golden brown and until batter is set. Then gently turn the potatoes down so that the "scales do not sleep." Continue frying for a few more minutes until a delicious crust appears on the potato.
Step 6: serve the fish in potato scales.
Serve the fish in potato scales hot, immediately after cooking. This is a completely independent dish. Serve it on a green pillow of fresh salad, supplemented with red onions and / or crispy cucumbers.
