Ingredients for fried hake

Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula.
Step 1: split the hake.
Thaw the hake, clean and pat dry with paper towels to remove any remaining water.
Cut the fish into portions of a small, convenient size for you. So that it is easy to eat them after cooking.
Pour the fish with olive oil, add salt, thyme, pepper and you can season the hake with chopped garlic, but this is for fans of garlic aroma and taste. Mix the fish slices with spices well and let everything marinate on 30 minutes at room temperature, if not very hot.
Step 2: fry the hake.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and put slices of pickled hake in it.
Cover and fry over 4-5 minutes from each side.
Cook over medium heat until slices of hake become golden brown on all sides.
Turn them over gently, especially if the fish has been frozen, it can begin to fall apart.
Step 3: serve the fried hake.
Before serving, immediately after frying, pour slices of hake with lemon juice. Such a dish is suitable on a fasting day or just as a healthy lunch or dinner. As a side dish, cook rice, potatoes or pasta, that is, something ordinary and fairly neutral. You can serve hake with garlic sauce or just fresh garlic.
