Ingredients for Making Bacon Sandwich
- 4 slices bread
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Mozzarella 30-40 grams
- Basil to taste
- Smoked bacon (thin stripes) 200 grams

Step 1: prepare the eggs.
First prepare poached eggs. Cook them in a bag, using a special device or just gently break them into barely boiling water (bubbles only at the very bottom) and cook like that.
Make a net from slices of bacon, interlacing thin slices of meat with each other. You should get two braids, one for each sandwich.
Step 2: making sandwiches.
Take any bread, it's your choice, you can even cut the crusts, for example. In one piece, put grated mozzarella, a couple of basil leaves and a poached egg. Cover with a second piece.
Step 3: seal the sandwiches in bacon.
Gently wrap sandwiches with a net of bacon. If necessary, hook the edges with toothpicks (just remember to remove them after cooking).
Transfer the sandwiches in the bacon onto a parchment-covered baking sheet, with the bacon tips down.
Step 4: bake a bacon sandwich.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send it to bake sandwiches on 10-15 minutes or until the bacon turns golden.
The bacon will become crispy on the outside and take the form of sandwiches. Serve this dish immediately after cooking, hot.
