Egg and mayonnaise fritters

Ingredients for making mayonnaise and egg fritters

  1. Boiled eggs 2 pieces
  2. Raw egg 1 piece
  3. Wheat flour 5 tablespoons or more
  4. Green onion (finely chopped) 2-3 tablespoons
  5. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  6. Curry 1 pinch
  7. Salt 1 pinch
  8. Ground black pepper to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for frying
  • Main ingredients Eggs, Greens

Inventory:

Frying pan, towels, kitchen knife, cutting board, plate, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes. Rinse the green onions and chop finely.

Mix mayonnaise with flour and raw egg until smooth.

Step 2: mix the dough.


Mix the mayonnaise mass with green onions, boiled eggs and curry. Add salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.

Step 3: fry the mayonnaise and egg fritters.


Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spoon into a pan for fritters. Sauté on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. After frying, be sure to pat it dry with a paper towel.

Step 4: serve the mayonnaise and egg fritters.


Serve the mayonnaise and egg fritters with both hot and cold. Garnish them with fresh green onions on top, if this is your appetizer, main course addition or just breakfast.
