Baked potato mayonnaise wings

Ingredients for Making Wings in Baked Potato Mayonnaise

The main

  1. 1 kilogram chicken wings
  2. Potato optional
  3. Dried herbs to taste
  4. Salt to taste

Marinade

  1. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon with a slide
  2. Salt 1 teaspoon
  3. Marjoram 1 teaspoon
  4. Thyme 1 teaspoon
  5. Paprika 1 teaspoon

  7. Black pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.


Combine mayonnaise with salt, marjoram, thyme, paprika, curry and black pepper. Mix until the marinade is uniform.

Step 2: pickle the wings.


Wash the wings, dry and break into three parts, if desired, use the tips or leave them for another dish (for cooking the broth, for example). Fold the prepared wings in mayonnaise marinade and mix very well.
Leave everything to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 3: prepare the potatoes.


Rinse the potatoes, peel, cut into large pieces.

Step 4: bake the wings in baked potato mayonnaise.


Lubricate the baking dish with a little oil, put the potatoes and chicken wings with the marinade. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper on top.
Cover everything with foil and send in preheated to 210 degrees oven on 1-2 hours. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the wings, on your oven and potatoes.
To get a golden crust, remove the foil on top a few minutes before cooking.
