Blender, glasses, a kitchen knife.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the fruit.


Peel the pineapple quarter and remove the hard core. Cut the pulp into pieces to make it easier to fold the pineapple into a blender.
Cut the skin from oranges and cut the citruses into pieces as well.
Peel a banana and, just like other fruits, divide it into smaller pieces.

Step 2: chop the fruit in a blender.


And then everything is simple: put all the fruits in a blender bowl and chop them well.

Thanks to juicy oranges and pineapple, the cocktail turns out to be liquid, and a banana adds sweets and satiety to it.
