Chocolate Lasagna

Chocolate Lasagna Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Chip Cookies 450 grams
  2. Butter 90 grams
  3. Cream cheese 500 grams
  4. Powdered sugar 5 tablespoons
  5. Chocolate Pudding 450 grams
  6. Chocolate grated 100 grams

Inventory:

Deep form, bag and rolling pin or blender, mixer, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the cookies.


Grind cookies with a blender, or if you want to get bigger crumbs, put the cookies in a bag and break it with a rolling pin or even just with your hands.

Divide crushed cookies into two equal parts. Set aside one half of the crumbs.

Step 2: mix the cookies with butter.


Mix the other half of the cookies with butter (it should be at room temperature) and lay the resulting mass on the bottom of the mold, rammed tightly with a spoon.
Place the first layer of lasagna in the refrigerator.

Step 3: prepare the cheese cream.


Whip cream cheese with a whisk until splendid. Then sift the icing sugar here and again beat everything very well.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and lay out the next layer of lasagna using half the cream of cheese. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs of cookies on top.

Step 4: add the chocolate pudding.


Put chocolate pudding on top of cookies - this is another layer of dessert.

Step 5: cool the chocolate lasagna.


Pudding gently (it is better to use a pastry bag) grease with the remaining cream of cream cheese.
Garnish the sweet lasagna with grated chocolate and refrigerate it on 2 hours minimum.

Step 6: serve the chocolate lasagna.


After cooling, you can cut the dessert in portions and gently place it on plates. Serve with tea! It is very tasty and chocolate-chocolate.
