Ingredients for Cooking Zucchini Marinated in Olive Oil

  1. Zucchini 4 pieces (small, with small seeds)
  2. Thyme 1 ham
  3. 2 cloves of garlic

Step 1: fry the zucchini.

Rinse and chop the zucchini with a special knife into thin, wide slices. Mix pieces of vegetables with salt and pepper.
Preheat the grill and fry the slices of zucchini in it until golden brown on both sides.

After frying, slices of zucchini need to be generously poured with lemon juice and mix well. Then let the vegetables cool completely.

Step 2: add herbs, garlic and pepper.

Place slices of fried zucchini in a prepared jar of small volume, alternating them with garlic cloves, pepper and thyme. Then fill everything to the top with olive oil and close tightly with a lid.
Remove zucchini to marinate in the refrigerator at least for 48 hours.

Step 4: Serve the marinated zucchini in olive oil.
