Chinese omelet

Chinese omelette ingredients

  1. Mix of frozen vegetables 1/2 pack
  2. Eggs 3 pieces
  3. Green onion 1 piece
  4. Garlic 1 piece
  5. Soy sauce 1-2 tablespoons
  6. Sesame 1 tablespoon
  7. Frying oil

Frying pan, kitchen knife, spatula, plate, whisk.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Prepare all the ingredients immediately. Peel the garlic and ginger, rinse the onions. By the way, we need a green onion and a white part, too.

Cut the onion into rings, ginger and grate the garlic.

Step 2: fry the sesame seeds.


Throw sesame seeds on a dry hot skillet and fry until brown, stirring frequently.

Step 3: beat the eggs.


Beat eggs with one tablespoon of soy sauce. Beat until smooth.

Step 4: stew the vegetables.


Remove the sesame from the pan, heat oil in it and fry the garlic and ginger for 3 minutes. Then add the frozen mixture and fry everything together still 10 minutesuntil the vegetables are soft. Then add soy sauce, green onions and fried sesame seeds, mix and remove from heat.

Step 5: fry the omelet.


Heat oil in a frying pan and pour the eggs beaten with soy sauce. Cook over low heat until the omelet is set, i.e. about 3 minutes. Then cover the pan and remove from heat. Wait until the omelet is ready.

Step 6: serve the omelet in Chinese.


Place the hot omelet on a plate and lay the vegetables on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh spring onions. Enjoy it! This is a lovely Chinese style breakfast.
