Ingredients for Making Vegetable Mini Pizzas

For pizza

  1. Broccoli (frozen) 200 grams
  2. Cherry Tomatoes 15 pieces

  5. Mozzarella 200 grams

For the sauce

  1. Garlic 1 clove
  2. Onion 1/2 pieces
  3. Tomato puree 1 cup
  4. Dried oregano 1 tablespoon

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Prepare all the ingredients immediately. Grate cheese, dough, if frozen, set to defrost. Peel the onion and garlic.

Step 2: prepare the sauce.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onion and garlic in it. Add oregano. Salt and pepper.

Add tomato puree, reduce heat and simmer at moderate boil for 5 minutesstirring.
Remove from heat and cool.
