Salad with Peppers, Leeks and Tomatoes

Ingredients for Salad with Peppers, Leeks and Tomatoes

  1. Leek 1 piece
  2. Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
  3. Tomatoes 2 pieces
  4. Sesame oil to taste
  5. Sesame seeds to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Pepper, Tomato
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, cutting board, salad bowl, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the vegetables.


Prepare all the ingredients at once.

Rinse vegetables, leek and peppers.

Cut the onion into thin slices.

Cut the tomatoes with wedges.

Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Step 2: mix and season the salad.


Take a large plate and pour the chopped vegetables into it.

Salt, pepper everything to taste and mix carefully so as not to break the slices of tomato and pepper.

Add sesame oil and leave the salad on 15 minutes, approximately, so that all tastes and smells are somewhat mixed.

Try to have enough salt and pepper.

Step 3: serve the salad with pepper, leek and tomatoes.


Put the salad in the serving plate, sprinkle the top with sesame seeds, both white and black, and start the meal. This salad goes well with meat dishes and will decorate any table.

- You can use other vegetable oil if you do not like the bright aroma of sesame seeds.
