Ingredients for Rhubarb and Apple Compote
- Apples 1 kilogram
- Rhubarb 1 bunch
- Sugar to taste

Saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board
Step 1: chop the rhubarb.
Wash, dry and cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
Step 2: chop the apples.
Rinse the apples and cut into slices, removing the seeds along with the core and twigs.
Step 3: cook stewed rhubarb and apples.
Boil water in a saucepan (its amount depends on how concentrated drink you want to get). Add sugar and bring everything to a boil together.
Put apple slices in boiling syrup. Bring it to a boil again and put the rhubarb.
As soon as everything boils together, remove the compote from the heat and gently crush the vegetables with a spoon so that they give more juice. Then cover the pan with the compote lid and let cool.
Step 4: serve stewed rhubarb and apples.
Serve stewed rhubarb and apples with ice. The color of the drink will depend on the ingredients, it may be reddish or yellow, but it almost does not affect the taste. Drink to health!
