Ingredients for Cooking Pork Meatballs
- Minced pork 1 kg
- Onion 1 piece (large)
- Potato 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Basil to taste
- Breadcrumbs optional
- Vegetable oil for frying

Blender, frying pan, sieve, spatula, tablespoon.
Step 1: chop the potatoes.
If you twist minced meat yourself, take fatty meat, from such meatballs they will be juicy.
Add the onion scrolled in the meat grinder or blender to the minced meat.
Wash the potatoes, peel and chop in a blender. For convenience, chop the potatoes into cubes before placing them in the appliance bowl. Drain the liquid from the chopped potatoes.
Step 2: mix the minced meat with potatoes.
Mix the minced meat with onions and potatoes in a deep bowl.
Step 3: add other ingredients.
Add eggs, salt, spices and mix well until a uniform forcemeat consistency.
Cover and refrigerate on 30 minutesso that all the ingredients are soaked in spices and cooled.
Step 4: Bread the meatballs in breadcrumbs.
Form small balls with wet hands from minced meat, simply rolling them in your palms. Then roll each meatball in breadcrumbs.
Step 5: fry the pork meatballs.
Heat a lot of vegetable oil in a pan and send the meatballs into the pan. They should lie in the pan in one layer, if all of them do not fit at once, take another pan or fry in batches.
Cook on medium-high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Then transfer the meatballs to a sieve to remove excess fat from them. You can also dab the meat balls with paper towels.
Step 6: serve the pork meatballs.
Serve the pork meatballs hot as a snack. Be sure to accompany the sauce (take your favorite) and convenient skewers or small forks so as not to get your hands dirty while eating.
Of course, you can serve meatballs as a main course, adding a side dish to it.
