Potato fritters with chili

Ingredients for Cooking Chili Potato Pancakes

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Wash peppers, peel potatoes and onions. Put it all in the blender bowl. If everything does not go whole, cut into large pieces.

Step 2: chop.

Add the egg, natural yogurt, salt and beat everything with a blender, homogenizing. And then add the flour to make the mass thick, not liquid. You will need less flour if you grate potatoes and onions rather than chop them in a blender.

Step 3: fry the potato pancakes with chili.

Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a pan. Pour the dough into the hot oil with a tablespoon or ladle, forming several small pancakes that are separate from each other.

And fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4: serve the potato pancakes with chili.
