Halva and cookie cake

Ingredients for making halva and cookie cake

  1. Margarine (or butter) soft 200 grams
  2. Halva 100 grams
  3. Rum (good) 1 glass
  4. Cookies 3 packs of 50 grams
  5. Cocoa, ground coffee or grated chocolate for decoration

Inventory:

Mold or glass plate, mixer, deep plate, spoon, butter knife.

Cooking:

Step 1: mix margarine with halva.


Mix margarine softened at room temperature with chopped halva and rum. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass.

Step 2: grease the cookies with margarine cream.


Cover the form with parchment or take a flat glass plate. Lay out the first layer of cookies.

Lubricate with cream without sparing it, because most of it is absorbed by cookies.

Collect layer by layer the whole cake, alternating cream and cookies. The dessert can have any form. The height and number of layers depends on how wider the range of cookies is, but it doesn’t matter as much as it looks, so do as you see fit.

Step 3: decorate a cake made of halva and cookies.


Lubricate the cake on top and sides with the remaining cream, sprinkle the dessert with chocolate, cocoa powder or ground coffee and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 4: serve a cake made of halva and cookies.


When the cake made of halva and cookies is soaked, remove it from the refrigerator, let it warm at room temperature and serve it with tea. Cut the dessert into portions and enjoy its original taste.
