Lavash rolls

Ingredients for making pita rolls

  1. Pita 6 pieces (small for me)
  2. Green onion 3 bunches
  3. Dill 1 bunch
  4. Dried tomatoes a few pieces
  5. Grated cheese to taste
  6. Smoked ham 12 slices
  7. Olive oil to taste
  8. Cucumbers for serving
  9. Olives or olives for serving
  10. Parsley for serving
  11. Salt to taste
  • Main ingredients: Ham, Onion, Tomato, Bread, Greens
  • Serving 5-6

Inventory:

Plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the sauce.


Slice sun-dried tomatoes, green onions and dill. Mix it all in a bowl, season with olive oil and salt to taste.

Step 2: add the filling to the pita.


Lay out the pita bread and put on one of its halves the vegetable mixture prepared in the first step. Put two tablespoons of vegetables.
Grate hard cheese on top.

And put thin slices of smoked ham on top of the cheese.

Step 3: turn the roll of pita bread.


Roll the pita bread into a roll, starting from the edge on which the filling lies. Roll carefully, but try to keep the roll tight.
Roll all the rolls in such a way and let them lie down quite a bit so that they take the necessary shape and do not try to turn around anymore.

Step 4: chop the pita roll.


Now take one of the rolls and cut its edges to make the filling appear, and then cut it into small pieces.

Step 5: serve lavash rolls.


Put the rolls of pita bread on a large plate. Garnish the dish with thin slices of cucumbers, olives and parsley leaves. And you can enjoy it! A simple, hearty and very tasty snack. Especially good for a large company.
