Raspberry jelly on agar

Ingredients for making raspberry jelly on agar

  1. Agar agar 1.5 teaspoons
  2. Raspberry juice (homemade, you can compote or diluted concentrate) 3 cups
  3. Sugar 1 tablespoon or to taste
  4. Raspberry fresh optional

Cooking:

Step 1: breed agar-agar.


Stir agar agar with a tablespoon of sugar and pour it into raspberry juice. Mix well and put on fire to dissolve agar-agar in liquid.
