Ingredients for Making a Cocktail with Avocado
- Kiwi 3-4 pieces
- Banana 2 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Natural yogurt 400 grams
- Cabbage Kale Handful

Blender, kitchen knife, cutting board.
Step 1: chop the ingredients.
Peel avocados, bananas and kiwi, cut into medium-sized cubes and pour into a blender bowl.
Rinse cabbage, dry and tear into large pieces.
Step 2: whip everything in a blender.
When all the vegetables and fruits have been prepared and take their place in the blender bowl, fill them with natural thick yogurt. Yogurt must be without any additives, and even more so without sugar.
Close the blender lid and beat everything at maximum speed until smooth.
Step 3: serve an avocado cocktail.
Pour the finished cocktail into a glass and drink right there. It is better not to store this drink for a long time. Great breakfast, healthy afternoon snack and just a good snack.
