Garlic Salad Ingredients
- Mushrooms 500 grams (small here)
- Garlic 1 head or to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste

Colander, pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, salad bowl, tablespoon.
Step 1: clean the mushrooms.
Sort and peel the mushrooms first.
Separate them from each other if you have whole clusters of fungi.
And rinse well in running water several times. You can even first soak the mushrooms in a bowl, and then rinse them well and let the excess water drain.
Step 2: cook the mushrooms.
Boil salted water in a saucepan and, when it boils, send mushrooms to it. Cook until cooked, depending on type and size. These babies were ready somewhere through 20 minutes.
After cooking, discard the mushrooms in a colander and rinse them with cold water to cool.
Step 3: add the garlic.
Put the mushrooms in a plate, add chopped garlic to them, as well as salt and vinegar with oil.
Stir well. If this is the first time you have cooked such a salad, it is best to first add a minimum of vinegar and garlic, because you can always put more, and if you overdo it, it will not be so tasty.
Step 4: serve the mushroom salad with garlic.
Enjoy the prepared mushroom salad right away or let it stand in the refrigerator for a while. Serve as a snack.
