Ingredients for Making Chicken Goulash with Gravy
- Chicken breast 1 pc.
- 1 carrot
- Onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 4 tooth.
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying to taste

Cooking chicken goulash with gravy:
First, cut the breast into cubes, then finely chop the onion and rub the carrots on a grater.
We spread the breast on a hot pan and fry it for about 7 minutes. Add carrots, onions, salt, pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
After we add tomato paste and 50 ml. water to dilute the paste, simmer for 3 minutes. Add another 200 ml. water, garlic and bay leaf and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
Goulash is ready to be served with any side dish.
