Tangerine smoothie

Ingredients for tangerine smoothie

  1. Tangerines 3 pieces (large or 5-6 small)
  2. Natural yogurt 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  4. Cinnamon to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Mandarin, Yogurt
  • Serving 2 servings

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the tangerines.


Peel tangerines from peel and seeds. Peel the white part as well, completely freeing the pulp of citrus.

Step 2: mix the ingredients in a blender.


Fold the tangerines in a blender and chop them into juice with pulp.

Add now natural yogurt, sugar and cinnamon for flavor. Beat everything until smooth.
Sugar is not necessary, it all depends on how tangerines are sweet or sour, or on your personal preferences. You can add honey or a sugar substitute.

Step 3: serve the tangerine smoothie.


Pour your tangerine smoothie into glasses and serve right away. You can garnish smoothies with cinnamon and tangerine slices. This is a pretty hearty cocktail with a bright taste, serve it separately.
