Chicken and vegetable cutlets

Ingredients for the preparation of chicken and vegetable cutlets

  1. Chicken fillet 350 grams
  2. Dried basil 1 teaspoon

  8. Garlic 1 clove

Step 1: chop the ingredients.

Drain the water from the corn and rinse the grains. Rinse onions and peppers.

Cut the fillet and half the pepper into small cubes, chop the onion into rings, and chop the garlic finely.

Step 2: mix the minced meat.

Mix in a deep plate chicken fillet, pepper, corn, green onions, spices and salt. Add the eggs and then mix well.
Let the minced meat stand 10-15 minutes at room temperature, then mix it again. And add potato starch by mixing it with other ingredients.

Step 3: fry chicken and vegetable cutlets.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and spread the minced meat in a tablespoon, leveling it so that the patties are flat, not a little chilled. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides and evenly colored meat in the middle.
