Almonds are delicious cookies made from egg whites and ground walnuts or almonds. Too bad the pictures are not very successful.
- -3 egg yolks
- -180 g of sugar
- -little almond-free
- -180 g ground nuts
- -1 tablespoon flour

HOW TO PREPARE Pricomigdale:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and beat until the sugar melts and the foam becomes shiny. Add the walnuts, flour and almond essence.
In a tray, on the baking paper put with a teaspoon weights of the composition of meringue with nuts. They can also be worn with posh, but I didn't want to complicate things. They don't have to be perfect anyway.
Bake in the preheated oven on low heat for 20 minutes. If you like them more crunchy, open the oven door and leave them for another 10 minutes.
