Blueberry Cheesecake Ingredients

Blueberry jelly

  2. Cream cheese 1 kilogram
  3. Gooseberry Jelly (soluble) 1 pack
  4. Raspberry jelly (soluble) 1 pack

Step 1: prepare berry jelly.


Rinse the blueberries and pour them into a frying pan, add the icing sugar and fry the berries, stirring.

Dissolve both packs of jelly in boiling water and mix well. Add vanilla sugar and mix well again. Cool to room temperature.
