Ingredients for making potato pancakes with cheese

  1. Mashed potato 1 cup
  2. Cilantro or parsley green (chopped) 3 tablespoons
  3. Flour 1/2 cup
  4. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
