Chocolate Charlotte

Ingredients for Making Chocolate Charlotte

  1. Cocoa powder 1-2 tablespoons

Making Chocolate Charlotte:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Whisk with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Add half the flour sifted and mixed with slaked soda, mix well and sprinkle the rest of the flour and cocoa powder.
At the very end, when you mix all the ingredients well, add the chocolate broken into small pieces into the dough.

Step 2: chop the apples.

Peel the apples and seeds, cut into thin slices or pieces of medium size. Put apple slices on the bottom of a greased form.
