I found a way out! Now I cook Kinder Milk with my own hands. The cake is very tasty, tender and has a pleasant aroma of homemade baking, but in appearance it does not differ from the purchased one.

We divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Squirrels are sent to the refrigerator.
Beat the yolks with sugar until the mass is whitened.
Knead the dough: add milk, vegetable oil, honey to the yolks. Mix and add dry ingredients: flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Beat the whisk with a mixer until stable peaks and gently mix in the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts: bake 2 cakes for 12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cooking cream: pour gelatin with milk and leave it to swell.
Beat sour cream with sugar.
We heat the gelatin, but do not boil, add condensed milk, honey to it. Mix thoroughly and send to sour cream.
The finished cream is slightly cooled so that it begins to thicken.
We spread the cream on one cake and cover it with the second cake, pressing lightly.
We send in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the cakes into 8-10 parts.
