Baked vegetables with herbs

Ingredients for Cooking Baked Vegetables with Herbs

  1. 2-3 carrots
  2. Parsley root 2-3 pieces
  3. Potato 2-3 pieces
  4. Onion 2 pieces
  5. Pumpkin 1/4 pieces

Cooking:

Step 1: peel and chop the vegetables.


Peel the vegetables and rinse them properly. Then cut everything into large pieces so that they do not fall apart in your porridge during baking. This is especially true for pumpkins and onions.

Transfer all prepared vegetables to a deep plate, add salt, pepper, dry parsley, thyme, rosemary and mix very well.
