Cooking:

Grind the creamy pastel with flour until smooth.
Add the yolk, ground black pepper, grated cheese and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a ball, send it in a bag and in the refrigerator for half an hour.
We roll out the dough on parchment paper and make holes of different sizes in it and transfer it to a baking sheet.
Sent in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
You can sprinkle cheese chips with your favorite seasonings to your taste. I used salt and paprika.
