Wafer Snack Ingredients

- Melted butter 50 grams

Waffle iron, grater, kitchen knife, cutting board, whisk, tablespoon.
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until a thick foam with salt. Then they are mixed with yolks whipped to uniformity, melted butter, milk and mineral water. And then wheat flour, sifted and mixed with baking powder, is added to this.
Stir until smooth.
Add the grated cheese and the olives, cut into thin circles, into the finished dough. And again, mix everything very carefully.
Step 2: bake the waffle eateries.
I bake waffles by choosing 4 mode. That is slightly above average.
First warm up the appliance, grease with butter and spoon, place the dough, cover the waffle iron.
Bake well until you get lush and toasted waffles that even slightly lift the lid.

Finished waffles can be cut into smaller pieces. Serve warm or cold.
