Plate, parchment for baking, baking sheet, kitchen knife, cutting board.
Step 1: prepare the dough.
In warm (but not hot, palm should tolerate) water, dilute the yeast. Add salt.
Sift the flour and start kneading the dough, gradually adding to it either water with yeast or olive oil. And knead then for 5 minutes, approximately homogeneous smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a napkin or a kitchen towel and put in heat on 25-30 minutes. Mash the risen dough and leave it alone and warm for another 30-40 minutes.
Step 2: roll out the dough.
Pizza dough should rise and double. Divide it in half.
Take one piece and use a rolling pin or hands to roll its flat and thin cake. Lubricate it with olive oil.
Take the remaining half of the dough and do the same with it.
Step 3: add the filling.
Put sliced mozzarella, thin slices of pears, crushed gorgonzola and crushed walnuts on the dough. There shouldn’t be a lot of toppings, like in the “pizza” pizza, so don’t especially zealous.
Step 4: bake pizza with pears and gorgonzola.
You need to bake pizza in a very hot oven, so preheat it to 220 degreessend the pizza inside and cook 10-12 minutes.
Step 5: serve pizza with pears and gorgonzola.
Serve pizza with pears and gorgonzola warm so that the cheese in the filling is soft. Cut into portions and take a slice. This is just a jumble! I recommend.
Enjoy your meal!
