Boiled potatoes baked with garlic

Ingredients for Cooking Garlic Baked Potatoes

  1. Potato (small size) 600-700 grams
  2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Thyme fresh 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: boil the potatoes.


Rinse the potatoes, you don’t need to peel the peel, as it is thin, almost transparent in small fresh potatoes.
