Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Rinse and dry the chicken breasts with towels.

Step 2: prepare the marinade.

Mix yogurt with mustard, paprika, black pepper and salt. Add finely chopped onions and garlic. Mix very thoroughly.

Step 3: pickle chicken breasts.

Transfer the chicken to a plate with marinade and turn it well several times there with your hands. Cover with something and refrigerate on one hour, about.

Step 4: fry the chicken breasts.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry marinated breasts in it over high heat over high heat. Just so that the meat is slightly browned on top.

Step 5: bake chicken breast marinated in yogurt.

For each filet, prepare a separate sheet of parchment. Put fillets on them, add rosemary or other herbs to your taste and tightly wrap the meat in parchment.

Bake with 170 degrees during 35 minutes, that is, until ready.

Ready-made chicken breasts can be served hot as a main course, or cold if you have them in a salad or sandwiches.

Step 6: Serve the chicken breast marinated in yogurt.

The chicken fillet is juicy inside and very tasty.

You can cut it into slices when serving, so that the meat looks beautiful on a plate.

Serve with rice and vegetables.
