Ingredients for Making Homemade Juice Jelly

  1. Fruit juice (sugar free) 400 milliliters
  2. Liquid honey 50 milliliters
  3. Powdered Gelatin 25 grams

Cooking:

Step 1: make jelly.


Dilute the gelatin in water and wait until it swells properly.

Step 2: warm the jelly with juice.


Pour fruit juice into a saucepan, add swollen gelatin and liquid honey to it. Put everything on a slow fire and heat, stirring, until the gelatin dissolves. Boil the mixture and generally too much heat it is impossible in any case.

Step 3: cool homemade jelly from juice.


When the gelatin is completely dissolved, pour the juice into silicone molds. And put them in the refrigerator for a few hours until the jelly hardens.
To beautifully remove the jelly sweets, it is necessary to literally lower the form into hot water for a second.
