Muesli fritters

Ingredients for making muesli fritters

  1. Muesli 80 grams
  2. Water 100 milliliters
  3. Honey 1 tablespoon
  4. Egg 1 piece
  5. Vegetable oil for frying

Inventory:

Frying pan, plate, tablespoon, spatula.

Cooking:

Step 1: soak the muesli.


Pour the muesli with hot water and leave them to brew on 3-5 minutesso that the flakes swell and brew.

Step 2: knead the dough.


Mix honey with egg and pour this mixture into the swollen muesli. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon to get the most homogeneous mixture with cereal.

Step 3: fry the muesli fritters.


Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, I have coconut, and after a spoon put the dough for our very interesting pancakes with a tablespoon. Fry on medium to golden brown on both sides.
One pancake is one tablespoon. Larger do not need them.

Step 4: serve the muesli fritters.


Serve muesli fritters with your favorite sweet additions. It is possible with sour cream, with powdered sugar, with jam, honey and fruit.
