Step 1: Cooking Broccoli

Rinse broccoli, separate the inflorescences from the stems.
Boil the salted water and boil the broccoli in it for several minutes until the cabbage is soft. Cool.

Step 2: boil the eggs.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Optionally, you can grate boiled eggs.

Step 3: fry the seeds.

Fry the peeled sunflower seeds in a dry pan, adding a little salt. Fry often stirring until golden brown.
Cool roasted seeds to room temperature.

Step 4: prepare the garlic sauce.

Mix yogurt with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Mix very well to make a uniform sauce.

Step 5: mix the ingredients.

Collect the salad in layers. The first are the hard-boiled eggs. Brush with two tablespoons of sauce and sprinkle canned corn on top.

Put the boiled broccoli on the corn. If the pieces are too large, cut them.

Pour the remaining sauce on top of the broccoli, spread it evenly and pour the sunflower seeds on top.
You can serve ready-made salad to the table.

Step 6: serve broccoli salad with garlic sauce.

Serve broccoli with garlic sauce to the table either immediately or slightly chilled. This is a delicious, crispy vegetable supplement to your hot dishes.
Enjoy your meal!
