Making coffee with chocolate and brandy:
Step 1: crush the chocolate.
Cut the chocolate into slices with a knife. So it will melt faster and easier, and you definitely will not overheat the drink.
Step 2: heat the drink.
Take a small saucepan or stewpan, pour hot black coffee, cream, add chocolate, sugar, vanilla and brandy. Put on a slow fire and warm, stirring occasionally. Warm evenly until everything is dissolved, not a minute more! And make sure nothing boils.
Step 3: serve coffee with chocolate and brandy.
Warm cups with hot water and pour hot coffee with chocolate and brandy into them. Enjoy it!
You can garnish with whipped cream, cocoa or grated chocolate.
Enjoy your meal!
- Such coffee should be drunk immediately, not allowing it to cool.
