Pizza top: is a classic bread dough. Put the yeast flour and salt in a bowl. mix in dry. Heated water is placed over them. Knead a homogeneous dough over which add little by little oil. It is fermented.
When the dough has risen, transfer it to a countertop, spread it with a rolling pin (be careful not to stick to the rolling pin) and place it in the pan, previously greased with oil (I used a round aluminum baking tray). Place the tray in the oven and let the dough bake for about 3/4, then remove and add the ingredients (mozzarella, mushrooms, corn kernels, ketchup) in the desired order.
Place back in the oven until fully cooked.
