Feta Balls

Ingredients for Making Feta Snack Balls

For balls

  1. Feta cheese 200 grams
  2. Thick sour cream 200 grams
  3. Breadcrumbs 40 grams
  4. Cayenne pepper to taste

  2. Crushed almonds 150 grams

Step 1: Knead Feta Cheese

Put the feta in a deep plate and with a fork, knead well until a uniform, loose paste.

Step 2: mix the cheese with sour cream.

Sour cream should be thick and chilled. If sour cream is liquid, less will be needed, so add gradually.

Pour the sour cream into the cheese, add the breadcrumbs and cayenne pepper. Thoroughly mix everything with a fork so that you get a uniform and fairly thick mass that can hold its shape.

Step 3: prepare the decoration.

Crush the nuts, for example, in a blender.

Chop finely chopped green onions.

Step 4: form balls from Feta.

Hand roll the balls from the cheese mass, roll them in one thing: either in green onions, or in almonds, or in coke.
After cooking, keep in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
