Cherry compote

We clean the cherries from the tails, wash them in more water and remove the hit ones.

Fill each jar with cherries, about halfway through it (I put a little fish, because I like it to be more fruit), add 3 tablespoons of sugar and fill them with water. Stir gently to melt the sugar. Thread the caps tightly with Cherry compote and put them in the oven for 50-60 minutes.

Or we can boil them directly on the stove's eye in a pan of water.

In both cases, allow to cool gradually.
