Brussels sprouts fritters

Ingredients for making brussels sprouts fritters

  1. Brussels sprouts 200-300 grams
  2. Wheat flour 4 tablespoons
  3. Potato starch 2 tablespoons
  4. Eggs 3 pieces
  5. Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  6. Dill 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  7. Parsley 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  8. Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook Brussels Sprouts.

Heat a little oil in a pan and spoon the dough into it, forming pancakes. Sauté on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. After frying, blot the prepared pancakes with paper towels and serve them to the table.

Serve brussels sprouts frying hot, immediately after cooking. Serve them with sour cream, with cheese sauce or with a sauce based on natural yogurt. You can garnish with green peas or fried Brussels sprouts.
