Papanas preparation recipe
I mixed the beaten egg well with the sugar, then I added the crushed cottage cheese, the baking soda, the salt, the vanilla sugar. I mixed well, then I added flour in the rain, mixing by hand until an easy-to-shape dough is formed.
With the floured hands I divided the dough into 6 pieces, which I made into balls. I flattened the balls by hand, then made a hole in the middle of each ball.
In a book, I put enough hot oil, frying the papanas on both sides, over low heat, without burning them.
I served it with cherry jam and sour cream.
